Maxine Waters, head of the Financial Services Committee, is sponsoring H.R. 624 - Promoting Transparent Standards for Corporate Insiders Act. Hope it includes a little oversight of Congress. This is her home; $5 million, $6 million? It isn't in her district; her district is a ghetto. She did pretty well on $175,000/year. You know, there was a time when I thought American politics was clean and above board... wow, was I wrong.
